This privacy statement applies to personal information we collect about you on the Livanta LLC website located at www.livanta.com (the “Site”) and describes the types of information collected, how that information is used, and the choices users have about collection and use of this information. This privacy statement does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities, websites other than this Site, mobile applications, software applications, or other products and services not available or enabled via this Site, except as expressly set forth in this Privacy Statement. GENERAL POLICY: Livanta does not access or use your personal information for any purpose other than to provide the functionality described in the Site or as described herein. Livanta does not disclose or further transfer your personal information other than (a) at your direction when (and if) you decide to share your personal information with another person; (b) to the extent described herein; and (c) to comply with law, such as a subpoena, or in the event that Livanta’s business is transferred to a successor through a merger, sale, or other similar sale of business transaction (a “Change of Control”). In the event of a Change of Control, you consent to Livanta transferring your personal information to the acquiror/transferee or successor, provided such party complies with this privacy statement.
Collection of Personal Information
Voluntarily provided information.
Although much of the Site is available without registering or providing personal information, in order to take advantage of some of our Site’s features, you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your email address, phone number(s), physical mail addresses and other similar types of information. This personal information is provided voluntarily by you in a web form, via online chat, message or when you email us and includes but is not limited to personal information collected when you:

Automated Data Collection.

Data location.
All personal information and Automatically Collected Data is stored in the United States, and United States laws may be different than the laws of your country of residence. You consent to our storage in the United States of any data or personal information you send us.
How We Use and Share the Information Collected

Resume collection
The Livanta Site allows visitors to submit their resumes to our company via email or online through our Careers site. Resumes received via either method will be held in confidence and used only for the purpose of considering the submitting party for employment.
In all cases, we collect such information only as necessary or appropriate to fulfill the specific request or complete the action initiated by the visitor. Livanta LLC does not disclose personal information other than as described herein. All information provided to us through these communication methods is used to respond to the request. We may store your personal information. Except as disclosed herein (or at the time of submission of any manually collected personal information), none of this information is disseminated to any third parties. You can correct any of this information, or request that we remove this information from our records, at any time by writing to us at the address below.
Online Identification Technologies
We may utilize online identification technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, or pixels in connection with the Site. Online identification technologies can be used to store registration information in an area of our site so that a user does not need to re-enter it on subsequent visits to that area, or other Site related analytical information such as pages visited, page traversal, time on page and other data that is generated by use of the Site. In order to properly manage our Site, we also anonymously log information on our operational systems and identify categories of visitors by items such as domains and browser types. These statistics are reported in the aggregate to our service providers who help us provide the Site.

Our Site may contain links to other sites. Links do not imply endorsement by Livanta.com. Livanta LLC uses various technological and procedural security measures in order to protect the personal information we collect through the Site from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
